The Respiratory Care program at Stark State College requires the following:
Health Portal:	At the end of the order process, you will have the capability to upload specific documents required by your school for immunization, medical or certification records.
Health Bio:	Once your Health Portal is completed and compliant, you will be provided with a letter of compliance. This letter will include a summary of your immunizations and other documents within your Health Portal.
