The Nurse Aide program at Des Moines Area Community College requires the following services to be performed:
Health Portal:	This package includes document storage. At the end of the order process, you will have the capability to upload specific documents required by your school for immunization, medical or certification records.
Price:	Do not place this order unless you have been instructed to do so by a school administrator. Do not place multiple orders under any circumstances. If you have already placed an order and you need to change your program, do not place another order. To change your program, you must log in and select "Move Data."
